The Best in Show for the Litter Art and Recycling Contest was won by Frances Sellers. She created a collage of the bits and pieces of peoples' lives dropped in her community during the April 27, 2011 tornadoes that tore through Blount County Alabama. Other entries included an animal themed bracelet, a Spartan costume, and a replica oif the proton pack from the Ghostbusters Movie.
